Graffeo Coffee Academy is the only training centre in the Hong Kong region to have its Head Instructor, Mike Yung, accredited as a World Barista Championship (WBC) Technical Judge (2009-2010), as well as being a former Canadian National Barista Champion and Finalist in the 2008 WBC held in Copenhagen, Denmark. Mike is also an active member of the WBC Rules and Regulations Committee and the Canadian National Barista Championship Judges Certification Committee. You can rest assured that you will be receiving training of the highest standards when you enrol in courses at our Coffee Academy.
