The Graffeo Special Reserve Collection will market and roast limited edition Estate coffees which are rare and exemplary coffees from specific coffee estates to highlight the excellence of a particular coffee growing region. Graffeo will work directly with estates to obtain special coffees which bring out the best of what that particular country or estate can offer, much like fine wines. It is a drive to educate consumers of the culinary aspects of fine and rare coffees and get consumers to know particular estates and appreciate the unique taste profiles that they have to offer.

Coffee is currently marketed as a brand or label, however, Graffeo plans to bring the coffee grower or estate to the forefront to reward these farms for producing particularly amazing coffee.
